We are very happy to announce that the contract for the construction of the new Falck Maasvlakte training centre with construction company BAM has been signed on Tuesday 20 June 2017. Robbert van der Veen (Managing Director Falck EMS) and Paul Boumans (Commercial Director Falck Safety Services) signed on behalf of Falck. Fred de Jonge (Regional Director of BAM Construction and Property) and Adelbert de Vreese (Director of BAM Civil engineering) signed on behalf of the BAM.

The contract includes the construction of the main building and elements of the training site, including cable- and pipelaying work.

​​Receiving new land

On 1 September 2017, we formally receive the new land from the Port of Rotterdam and immediately afterwards, BAM will start the construction work. In the intervening period, of course, a lot of preparation will be done, such as drawings, design sketches, etc.

Other good news is that the environmental permit has now been granted.​​
