Scenario training

At our RelyOn Nutec Fire Academy Maasvlakte-Rotterdam training site, we can simulate the most common emergency scenarios within the industrial environment. Replicating these most credible situations is the most efficient way to prepare responders to deal with these situations. Our scenarios reflect what could most likely happen on an industrial site, such as a variety of scenarios in an open process unit, an enclosed unit, a loading station, pipe trenches and bridges, a substation or a tank storage area. All these scenarios are run with hydrocarbon liquids, gases or a combination of both. The scenarios are fully integrated into a training matrix, where a customer can define, together with our experts a training package to suit the response needs for their site. The training matrix is build up from theoretical modules to upgrade knowledge, demonstrations to further the understanding of particular elements, elementary exercises to hone the basic skills and finally scenarios to complete the picture.
